Return & Refund Policy

At AK Enterprise NV, operating as AK Pressure Washing Cleaning Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, equipment, and products. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or adjustments may be granted.

Services (Cleaning & Projects)

Due to the nature of our services, all completed cleaning, painting, and renovation services are generally non-refundable.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the results:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours after service completion
  • We will assess the issue and may offer a re-service where applicable

Refunds for services are only considered in cases where:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed
  • There was a clear failure to perform the service

Results may vary depending on surface condition, stains, and environmental factors, and this does not qualify for a refund.

Bookings & Deposits

Deposits made to secure bookings are non-refundable unless:

  • The cancellation is made within an agreed notice period
  • We are unable to provide the service

If a client cancels late or fails to show up, the deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee.

Equipment Rentals

All equipment rentals are non-refundable once the rental period has started.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The equipment is proven to be defective before use
  • The issue is reported immediately at the time of pickup or delivery

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting equipment upon receipt
  • Returning equipment in the same condition

No refunds will be issued for misuse, damage, or improper handling.

Products (Store Purchases)

We accept returns for products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Certain hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Refund Process (Products)

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible

Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear evidence (photos/videos)

We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service completion or product use
  • Failure to follow instructions or misuse
  • Minor variations in results or product appearance
